Native Angeleno Nikki Carbonetta has over two decades of experience in makeup artistry for film and television and proudly serves as the Television Academy Governor of Makeup.

With a passion for collaborating with artists, performers and directors in service to storytelling, she has helped others pursue their dreams and fulfill their visions, and has earned two Emmy nominations in the process.

She is a member of Local 706, DGA, and SAG-Aftra. Select makeup artist credits recently include Kevin Hart's True Story, 25 seasons of The Voice, 10 seasons of Celebrity Family Feud, and 51 episodes of (George) Lopez Tonight.

Additionally, since 2010, Nikki has served as the Creative Director of the Santa Monica International Film Festival and the Malibu International Film Festival with the mission of supporting filmmakers and storytellers.
