Internships at the Television Academy Foundation

Due to the uncertainty surrounding the ongoing pandemic, and with the utmost concern for health and safety, the Television Academy Foundation will be offering a reimagined summer program for eligible undergraduate and graduate students nationwide.
Remote internships and Fellowships will take place June 21 – August 13, 2021.
The 2021 summer program will consist of 20 paid, eight-week remote internships in the Development category. In addition, students will be invited to weekly online panels in the evening with leaders in the television industry and customized seminars covering personal brand building and navigating the job market ahead.
The Foundation will offer 30 unpaid, eight-week fellowships in 18 other disciplines across the television industry. Students will not be working with a host company, however they will receive flash mentorship with professionals in their field of study, weekly online panels in the evening with leaders in the television industry, and customized seminars covering personal brand building and navigating the job market ahead.
The Foundation will offer the Star Trek Command Training Program (Spring Fellowship) which offers unique educational opportunities within the Star Trek Universe, the Foster Forward Initiative, providing internships for Southern California foster youth, and the Diversity and Inclusion Unscripted Internship Program which offers internships to students from low-income backgrounds who are currently attending college/university in the Greater Los Angeles area.
Students who complete an internship/fellowship through the Television Academy Foundation become program alumni and enjoy access to exclusive events, networking opportunities and more.
