Frank Scherma is the President and co-founder of RadicalMedia, a fully independent media and production company that creates content over a broad spectrum of distribution. Under his leadership, the company has produced and distributed award-winning projects in all media, including television, feature films, music programming, commercials, graphic and interactive design, virtual reality, applications for smartphones and tablets, exhibitions, events, and original photography. Frank is on the board of ThinkLA, a nonprofit collaborative that ties together entertainment, local media, marketing, and advertising communities in Los Angeles.

Often found in the kitchen, Frank cites his Italian upbringing as his greatest management influence. "My background has taught me that the trick to keeping people close by is to keep lots of good wine and food around."
