Owen Simon was an American public relations executive.

He was known for his clever campaigns for television series such as The Merv Griffin Show and The Mike Douglas Show.

Simon got his start in radio, working in his home state of Pennsylvania for the Pittsburgh stations KVQ and KDKA. In 1957, he was named publicity manager for KDKA, owned by Westinghouse.

He would go on to work for Group W, then Westinghouse and CBS in Philadelphia and New York before moving to Los Angeles when The Mike Douglas Show relocated to the West Coast in 1978.
