Jerry Doyle was an actor best known for his role on the science fiction series Babylon 5. Doyle played one of the lead characters, security officer Michael Garibaldi, for five seasons, from 1994 to 1998. The performer later transitioned into talk radio and political commentary following his career in acting.

Before going into radio, Doyle also appeared on the television series Moonlighting, Reasonable Doubts, Homefront, Renegade, Sliders, Martial Law, Beverly Hills 90210, JAG, NYPD Blue, and Republic of Doyle. Additionally, he had appearances in the television movies Babylon 5: The Gathering, Babylon 5: The River of Souls, and Babylon 5: A Call to Arms.

He also had small roles in the movies Lost Treasure, starring Stephen Baldwin and The Long Ride Home, with Randy Travis and Eric Roberts.

In 2009, he published a book titled Have You Seen My Country Lately? America’s Wake Up Call.

Doyle died July 27, 2016, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was 60.
