Gloria Henry was an American actress.

She was best known for her role as Alice Mitchell on the 1960s CBS television sitcom, Dennis the Menace.

After attending Worcester Art Museum School in Massachusetts, Henry began her acting career with Columbia Studios appearing in films such as Sport of Kings (1946), Miss Grant Takes Richmond (1946), Rancho Notorious (1952), The Strawberry Roan (1948), Triple Threat (1948), Racing Luck (1948), and Kill the Umpire (1950).

In the 1950s, she transitioned into television and would have recurring roles in The Files of Jeffrey Jones, My Little Margie, and Doogie Howser, M.D.

Henry also guest starred in a number of series including The Abbott and Costello Show, Perry Mason, Father Knows Best, The Life of Riley, The Thin Man, Hazel, Falcon Crest, Dallas, Hunter, Simon & Simon, Newhart, and Parks and Recreation.

Henry died April 3, 2021, in Los Angeles, California. She was 98.
