Paul Frank was an American producer and television executive.

Frank began his television career with Triad Artists, and later moved to the William Morris Agency after WMA bought out Triad. He worked as a development executive for Motion Picture Corporation of America before becoming a programming executive at Columbia TriStar TV (now Sony Pictures Television) in 1997.

He worked as a development executive for Motion Picture Corporation of America before becoming a programming executive at Columbia TriStar TV (now Sony Pictures Television) in 1997.

In 1999, Frank joined management/production company The Firm as head of television, and served in the same capacity for its successor, Prospect Park, producing such series as USA Network's long-running Royal Pains, FX's Wilfred, and the Emmy-nominated CBS miniseries Comanche Moon, a prequel to the popular Lonesome Dove miniseries.

Most recently, Frank was executive vice-president and head of development at BabyFirst TV, a leading provider of children's educational programming.

Frank died September 30, 2020, in Los Angeles, California. He was 53.
