Lawrence G. Paull was an American production designer and art director.
Paull began his career in film and television as a set designer and art director. He art directed over 20 made-for-television movies and feature films before moving into production design.
Perhaps best known for his design of Blade Runner (1982), for which Paull was nominated for an Oscar, he is also responsible for the look of many other films including: Romancing the Stone (1984), Back to the Future (1985), Harlem Nights (1989), City Slickers (1991), and Escape from L.A. (1996).

He also designed the Emmy-winning Outstanding Drama or Comedy Special Friendly Fire starring Carol Burnett, and Oprah Winfrey's television miniseries The Wedding.
Paull died November 10, 2019, in San Diego, California. He was 81.
