Arthur Marks was an American director and producer.

A student of the University of Southern California, Marks initially followed in his father’s footsteps, working as an assistant director on television shows such as The Pride of the Family, Casablanca, and Broken Arrow, before landing Perry Mason, a show on which Marks would direct 76 and produce 146 episodes.

He went on to produce and direct feature films such as Detroit 9000 (1973), Friday Foster (1975) and Bucktown (1975) both starring Pam Grier, J.D.’s Revenge (1976), and The Monkey Hu$tle (1976) with Yaphet Kotto.
