Elaine Rich, Dynasty and Charlie's Angels Producer

She shared in a Primetime Emmy nomination for Dynasty in 1982.

Elaine Rich, a television producer known for her work on the ABC series Charlie’s Angels and Dynasty, died October 31, 2012, in Beverly Hills. She was 84.

According to news reports, the cause was complications related to Alzheimer’s for several years.

After working on commercials and other productions in New York and Miami, Rich moved with her husband to Los Angeles, where she found work as as an assistant to the producer and then associate producer on Charlie’s Angels.

She later became line producer on Dynasty, and in 1982 she was among the show's producers named when it was nominated for a Primetime Emmy in 1982.

Her other credits included such made-for-television movies as Hotel, Making of a Male Model, She Was Marked for Murder, Single Women/Married Men, Dynasty: The Reunion and Star.
