The use of Computer Graphics (CG), visual effects (VFX), pre-visualization, virtual sets, mixed reality, and LED screens in production has exploded during the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in techniques that will have lasting impact on the television industry. In this session, terminology will be defined, and the most common techniques will be explained for the use of screens in virtual production.
Please note that these presentations aim to discuss how technologies can help the storytelling process and are provided for both technical and production members. Depending on member interest and feedback, additional sessions may be developed for more in-depth learning in the near future.
