Emmys Publicist Covid Protocols
PRESENTER, NOMINEE or GUEST OF A PRESENTER/NOMINEE
Based on current COVID-19 safety protocols established by our production company, all nominees, nominee guests and attendees seated in the nominee section for the 74th Emmy Awards are required to show proof of a negative COVID test upon arrival at the Microsoft Theater for admittance. The following types of tests will be accepted:
• Lab-based PCR rapid or diagnostic tests
• LAMP or NAAT molecular tests, including Cue Health or Lucira
Antigen tests will not be accepted.
All test results must be dated and presentable on a mobile device. All COVID-19 tests must be collected by the lab/provider on or after Saturday, September 10.
Please note that a PCR test may return a positive result up to 90 days after a person first tests positive for COVID. If you are concerned you may not be able to show proof of a negative test, you must reach out to emmystesting@televisionacademy.com by Tuesday, Sept. 6.
Below is a list of laboratories and/or providers that offer lab-based PCR testing in the greater Los Angeles and New York areas. We cannot guarantee results will be provided in the timeframe, and you should reach out to each laboratory individually for latest turnaround times.

AUDIENCE MEMBERS:
Based on current COVID-19 safety protocols established by our production company, audience members for the 74th Emmy Awards must show EITHER proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID test upon arrival at the Microsoft Theater for admittance.
Proof of vaccination may be shown via any of the following:
• Official vaccination card
• Digital image of the vaccination card
• State-issued QR code of vaccination record
You are considered fully vaccinated:
• 2 weeks after your dose of an accepted single-dose vaccine
• 2 weeks after your second dose of an accepted 2-dose vaccine series
The following types of tests will be accepted for those not able to show proof of vaccination:
• Lab-based PCR rapid or diagnostic tests
• LAMP or NAAT molecular tests, including Cue Health or Lucira
Antigen tests will not be accepted.
