Melissa McCarthy

Melissa McCarthy is recognized for her role as “Sookie St. James” in the WB series Gilmore Girls. She also starred as “Dena” alongside Christina Applegate on ABC’s Samantha Who? and plays the lead role of “Molly Flynn” on CBS sitcom Mike & Molly, a role which earned her a Primetime Emmy® Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. McCarthy held the role of “Megan” alongside her real life husband Ben Falcone, in Bridesmaids. She has also appeared in The Nines, Charlie’s Angeles, The Back-up Plan, and Life as We Know It.
