Fallick produced, directed, and edited television commercials in New York for many years before relocating to California.
His credits for television include episodes of The Patty Duke Show, Moonlighting, Capital News, China Beach, South of Sunset, and the 1972 TV movie Your Money or Your Wife (with Ted Bessell, Elizabeth Ashley, and Jack Cassidy).
Fallick edited two films which starred George Hamilton: Act One (1963), and Love at First Bite (1979).
After his retirement, Fallick taught editing at UCLA Extension.
