He began his career as an associate producer for Meet My Folks, then became a segment producer for Family Business, and moved up to producer on the popular MTV series Road Rules.
Osper went on to work as an executive producer on many other reality shows including Homewrecker, The Rock Life, Storage Hunters, Slednecks, True Life, and Ancient Aliens.
