While initially aspiring to be a writer upon his arrival in Los Angeles, he swiftly discovered the captivating power of storytelling in the editing bay. Recently, Curtis achieved tremendous recognition by winning an Emmy Award for Outstanding Picture Editing for an Unstructured Reality Program for his work on Welcome to Wrexham.

His impressive credits encompass a range of notable shows, including Last Chance U, Top Class, and, of course, Welcome to Wrexham. In addition, Curtis has contributed his editing skills to noteworthy films such as "Fate of a Sport" for the Premier Lacrosse League and Rather, directed by Frank Marshall.

Having been raised in Southern Africa, Curtis possesses a unique perspective and a deep sensitivity towards the global human experience. These qualities have driven him to take on projects that shed light on our collective past, present, and future. Alongside his editing expertise, Curtis also thrives as a writer, producer, and director, with several personal projects currently in development.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Curtis finds joy in his personal life. He is happily married to his high school sweetheart and is the proud parent of two children. Together, they reside in the vibrant city of Burbank, CA.
