2023 Conference Logistics
The 2023 Media Educators Conference will take place at the Saban Media Center in North Hollywood with breakfast and lunch provided most days.

- Wednesday 10/25
- 8:30 AM Shuttle Pick up from Sheraton Universal Hotel
- 9:00 am – 10:00 am Check-In + Breakfast
- 10:00 am – 4:15 pm Conference Programming (Lunch included)
- 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm Welcome Reception, Netflix Lobby, Saban Media Center
- 5:30 pm Shuttle return to Sheraton Universal Hotel
- Thursday 10/26
- 8:00 AM Shuttle pick up from Sheraton Universal Hotel
- 8:30 am – 9:30 am Breakfast
- 9:30 am – 4:45 pm Conference Programming (Lunch included)
- 4:45 pm Shuttle Return to Sheraton Universal Hotel
- Friday 10/27
- 8:00 AM Shuttle pick up from Sheraton Universal Hotel
- 8:30 am – 9:30 am Breakfast
- 9:30 am – 12:00 pm Conference Programming

Daily Shuttle:
Daily pick up and drop off from the Sheraton Universal Hotel to the Saban Media Center is available courtesy of the Television Academy Foundation. Shuttle times are as follows:

Parking:
- The hotel's parking charges $40 daily for overnight self-parking and $50 for overnight valet parking. These rates are subject to change without notice.
- The Television Academy Foundation provides complimentary parking for Media Educator Conference attendees onsite at the Saban Media Center.
