1. How to Enter the Give-away:

(a) The PRIMETIME EMMYS Bleacher Seat Give-away will begin on July 16, 2012 at 12:00:01pm PDT and end on August 10, 2012 at 11:59:59pm PDT. Give-away is sponsored by Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS).

(b) To participate in the Give-away, participants can enter online at www.emmys.com by completing and submitting the entry form.

(c) Limit of one (1) entry per person only per mailing address.

(d) ATAS is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Give-away or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Give-away, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Give-away and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Give-away is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.emmys.com. If, for any reason, the Give-away is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of ATAS which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Give-away, ATAS reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Give-away. ATAS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Give-away or website or violates the Official Rules of the Give-away.

(e) Judges for the Give-away shall be employees of ATAS.

(f) Entry deemed made by holder of e-mail account.

(g) Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.

2. Eligibility Restrictions:

(a) The Give-away is open to U.S. citizens only who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of ATAS, ATAS Foundation, and any affiliated organization and public relations agencies and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are ineligible to participate or win. Winners must be willing to submit to a background check prior to receiving the prize. If the winner is not able to pass the background check, they will forfeit the prize.

(b) Entrants are eligible to win on www.emmys.com only once. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Give-away.

(c) All entries become the sole property of ATAS and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules, and warrant and represent that their entry is their original work.

(d) Entrants are required to provide truthful information and ATAS will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. ATAS will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and ATAS will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 18.

3. Prizes:

(a) There will be forty pairs (2) of Red Carpet Bleacher Seats for the 64th Primetime Emmy Awards, Sunday September 23. 2012 awarded from all entries. The approximate value of the Seats will be $0.00 USD.

(b) The total of 40 winners will be randomly selected from all entries received on August 10, 2012 at 5pm PST.

(c) Prize shall consist solely of forty pairs (2) Rd Carpet Bleacher Seats; no other items or inducements will be offered.

(d) Give-away prize is not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

4. Selection of Winners:

(a) Decisions of ATAS Judges with respect to the Give-away are final.

(b) Give-away will be closed to registrants at 11:59:59pm Current Pacific Time on August 10, 2012. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email, but ATAS shall not be responsible if a winner cannot be reached by phone or e-mail. ATAS assumes no responsibility for non-delivery of a prize, but will replace any prize lost in the mails upon proof (satisfactory to ATAS) of such loss.

5. Conditions:

(a) The Red Carpet Bleacher Seats are not being made available for sale and, as such, have no ascertainable value; ATAS takes no position as to their value to winners for tax purposes. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

(b) By participating in the Give-away, the winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Give-away, and to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to acceptance of the prize if requested.

(c) Failure to comply with the Give-away rules may result in an Entrant’s disqualification.

6. Sponsor:

ATAS is the Sponsor of this Give-away. ATAS is solely responsible for the offering, administration of the Give-away, delivery of the Prize(s) to the winner(s) and operating the Give-away in compliance with all applicable laws. ATAS reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Give-away which will become effective upon announcement.
