Television Academy Honors host Dana Delany of Desperate Housewives, iconic actors like Hector Elizondo and M*A*S*H's Mike Farrell, honorees from Glee, CSI, Private Practice and more share personal stories at the recent Third Television Academy Honors. The Honors celebrates programs that address social issues in stirring ways.

"The fact that this award has been established by the Academy speaks so well of the Academy," said Gore, Associated Press reported. "It really means so much to be here."
Journalist and California first lady Maria Shriver (executive producer of Grandpa, Do you Know Who I Am? with Maria Shriver, a documentary which delved into Alzheimer's), producers of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Private Practice and more were honored.
