Manuel Hector Coto was a Cuban-born American screenwriter and director and producer of television and film.
Coto was the executive producer and showrunner of Star Trek: Enterprise in its final season. He also executive produced four seasons of 24 and executive produced and wrote for the fifth season of Showtime's Dexter and FX's American Horror Story.
Coto also directed films Cover Up, Dr. Giggles and Star Kid.
