Larry David is known for his role as a fictional version of himself on HBO comedy Curb Your Enthusiasm, which he also executive produces. He and his Curb team won the Golden Globe for Best Television Series in 2003. In 2013, he portrayed the role of "Rolly" in the comedy Clear History, which he co-wrote with Alec Baldwin, David Mandel, and Jeff Schaffer.
