  • Parking: Handicapped parking is located on all 9 levels of The Bloc parking structure, enter off Flower Street just before 8th Street and follow signs to self-park. Look for illuminated blue disabled parking symbols on each parking floor, near the Elevators.   • General: All spaces in the building are ADA-compliant and wheelchair-accessible by ramp and/or elevator.
  • Restrooms: All restrooms are accessible.
  • Accessible seating: There are (2) removable seats in the back row of every theater so that a wheelchair can be used in its place.
  • Service animals: Allowed.
  • Listening and Caption devices: Available only at the client's request.

DGA Theatre

  • Parking: DGA has plenty of accessible parking in our parking structure along with both elevators and ramps to access the Grand Lobby.
  • Assisted listening: All theaters are equipped with assisted listening devices with one being a separate audio device provided by the DGA and the other being a phone app based system.
  • Accessible seating: Theater #1 has 20+ wheelchair parking spots, and 6 transfer seats. Theater #1 is also equipped with a wheelchair ramp and wheelchair lift for stage access. Theater #2 has 4 wheel chair parking spaces.

El Capitan Theater

  • Assisted Listening Devices: A limited number of Listening Devices (which amplify the sound of the movie), Closed Captioning Devices and Descriptive Narrative Devices are available at no cost at the theatre and require a driver's license or credit card as security. Guests requiring this service should see the theatre manager 30 minutes prior to show time. Groups with members requiring assisted listening devices, please contact our Customer Service office at (818) 845-3110.
  • Accessible Seating: The El Capitan Theatre offers accessible seating (as well as Companion Seating) on our Orchestra Level. There is no elevator at the El Capitan Theatre for Balcony Level Seating; this is only accessible via stairs. If you need accessible seating, please purchase Orchestra Level seats and see a theatre manager when you arrive at the theatre.
  • Restrooms: Restrooms are located on the lower and balcony levels of the theatre. Two accessible restrooms are located on the main floor (street level).
  • Service Animals: Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made for service animals. Please inform a cast member if any accommodations are required at time of ticket purchase. Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and should keep them on a leash or harness while visiting.

Harmony Gold Theater

  • Hearing Services: We have assistive listening devices available on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask guests to leave a California Driver's License as a deposit on all devices. Guests should inquire with Harmony Gold's theater manager on-site for assistance.
  • Wheelchair Seating: We have 3 spots for wheelchair seating in the theater. Theater manager can guide wheelchair users to these locations.
  • Restrooms: Fully accessible restrooms are located off lobby.
  • Parking: There are 2 handicap parking spaces in both lots for a total of 4. There is an entrance at backlot of handicap access and there is an entrance at basement level with use of elevator. Security guards will assist with entry.

  • At The Museum of Modern Art, all galleries, entrances, and facilities are wheelchair accessible.
  • Entrances with power-assist doors are located on 53rd and 54th streets between Fifth and Sixth avenues.
  • Wheelchairs are available for use free of charge at all Museum entrances on a first-come, first-served basis. For questions or assistance, please approach any MoMA staff member. Portable stools are also available for use free of charge and can be requested from any MoMA staff member in the main lobby. Motorized wheelchairs are permitted.
  • All restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Restrooms are located on all floors except the Theater 2 level and the entry level of the Cullman Education and Research Building.
  • Single-user/family restrooms are located on the entry level of the Museum (adjacent to the Member Checkroom), Theater 1 level, Floor 5, Floor 3, Floor 6, and the Mezzanine level of the Cullman Education and Research Building.
  • Elevators are located throughout the Museum

Red Rooster

  • Elevator that makes the room accessible for guests who cannot negotiate the stairs.
  • Restrooms are ADA compliant.

Robin Williams Center

  • General accessibility: It is a 2-floor single screen viewing room. There are no steps/stairs in the lobby. Bathrooms are downstairs, both with ADA-compliant stalls. There are two ways to get into the building: the main entrance with 2 glass doors and the single door emergency exit just the lobby's length away.
  • Wheelchair accessible seating: See seating chart to find removable seats for patrons in wheelchairs. The fourth row of seats, which are separated from the stage and first three rows with the walkway, are all removable.
  • Parking: There is a parking garage directly across the street from the RWC building.
  • Service animals: Service animals are welcome.
  • For talent and stage personnel: We have a lift for talent to come to the 2nd floor to the greenroom. Stage left entrance is slightly sloped and the stage right entrance has two stairs; these are the only set of stairs on the ground level. The stage is one step up but if any talent should need a ramp, part of the stage can be removed to accommodate this.

All of our venues have accessible entries with either no steps required or ramps when needed. Designated seating areas for wheelchairs are around each room. The main sanctuary does require a bit of a walk - and ramp - to get to an accessible restroom.
