We value your Film Group participation and are providing you with the following guidelines to answer any questions you may have concerning this added benefit for Academy members. Please note all screenings are held at the Television Academy campus at 5210 Lankershim, North Hollywood, CA in the Wolf Theatre at the Saban Media Center (Google Maps).
Theatre Doors Will Open 30 Minutes Prior To Each Film. Seating is first come, first served so we recommend arriving early.
Please have your card ready to swipe as you prepare to enter the theatre. No matter how long you have been a member or how well known you may be to the registrants, you MUST swipe your membership card, which admits you and one guest. You and your guest must check in together. Film Group membership is non-transferable, no exceptions.
Your Film Group membership includes yourself and one guest. Two additional guests are permitted at the cost of $5.00 each, paid in cash or check made payable to the Television Academy at the door. You must check in with all guests in your party.
Infants or toddlers are not permitted in the theatre. Children must remain in their seats and not disturb members in any way; otherwise, they will be asked to leave the theatre. Film Group provides viewing of films rated G, PG-13, R or NC-17, and permitting children to attend is at the discretion of the accompanying parent or guardian.
No Smoking, Food Or Drinks:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the theatre or restrooms. Food, drinks, gum, candy, etc. are not permitted in the theatre, including bottled water.
Parking is available in the adjacent structure, east of the Saban Media Center, for $7 per car. Cash only; Please have exact change. Click here for parking options.
Occasionally certain films require additional running time; therefore screening times may change accordingly. Please refer to your monthly email, call the Film Group hotline at 818.754.2885, or check Film Group Screenings for any changes.
Talking or other disturbances during screenings will not be tolerated and may result in offenders being asked to leave, as well as possible revocation of Film Group membership. If you are disturbed by talking or phone usage during a screening, please report it to the Film Group Staff. All pagers and cellular phones must be turned off or placed on vibrate during screenings.
No texting is allowed during screenings. We also ask that you extend professional courtesy by remaining seated until all credits have rolled at the end of screenings and to be respectful of your fellow Television Academy members.
