The Television Academy today announced 121 nominations in 35 categories for the 74th Los Angeles Area Emmy Awards, to be presented Saturday evening, July 23, 2022 at the Television Academy's campus in the NoHo Arts District in Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles Area Emmy Awards honor locally produced programs in the categories of Crime and Social Issues, Culture and History, the Arts, Human Interest, Sports, the Environment, and Live and Breaking News Coverage.
A complete list of today's nominations, tabulated by the Academy's accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP, is available here. The nominations are listed alphabetically by program within each category.
Christie Lyn Lugo Leigh and Stephanie Hampton are the Los Angeles Area Governors.
NOTE: The deadline for correcting errors in the listing of nominations is June 13, 2022, 5:00PM. Except for cases where the omission of a name is a Television Academy error, there will be a flat fee of $250.00 for each individual added between June 7 and June 13.
