William Morgan Sheppard was a British actor.

Sheppard began his career as a stage actor, and spent 12 years with the Royal Shakespeare Company.

Sheppard is best known to American television audiences for his roles in episodes of different series of Star Trek, including Dr. Ira Graves in Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Qatai in Star Trek: Voyager. In the feature film Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, his role was the warden of a Klingon gulag and in the 2009 reboot Star Trek, he played a member of the Vulcan High Council, but was uncredited.

Sheppard died January 6, 2019, in Los Angeles, California. He was 86.
