Tommie Skinner

Tommie Skinner was an American camera operator.

Skinner was a five-time Daytime Emmy Award nominee, winning twice in 2006 and 2008 in the category of Outstanding Achievement in Technical Direction/Electronic Camera/Video Control for his work on The Oprah Winfrey Show. Skinner worked on Winfrey’s show for its entire run, from 1986 to 2011.

He also worked on numerous sporting events for the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, and Major League Baseball.

Skinner died on September 5, 2018. He was 48.
