Steve Kreinberg was an American television writer and producer.
He got his big break in Hollywood co-writing a 1978 episode of the television series The Jeffersons and would go on to write for other shows including Mork & Mindy, Archie Bunker’s Place, Nine to Five, and Sister, Sister.

Perhaps best known for co-creating and writing the Fox television comedy Herman’s Head, Kreinberg also wrote and produced a number of episodes of Head of Class and Saved by the Bell: The College Years.
He was twice nominated for Daytime Emmy Awards for Special Classification of Outstanding Individual Achievement for writing questions for the popular television game show The Hollywood Squares.
Kreinberg died March 30, 2020, in Asheville, North Carolina. He was 73.
