Pam Polifroni was an American casting director in film and television.

She began as a secretary on The Loretta Young Show, working for the producer and casting director, the latter of whom hired her as his assistant on The Lineup.

From there, Polifroni went on to cast The Young Marrieds, Gilligan's Island, Cimarron Strip, Hawaii Five-0, All in the Family, Gunsmoke, The Waltons, The Loveboat, MacGyver, and the daytime series Santa Barbara.
