Meg Randall was an American actress.

Randall was best known for her work in films. She worked as a contract player for MGM Studios and Universal-International Pictures in the 1940s. She appeared in The Life of Riley (with William Bendix), Criss Cross (with Burt Lancaster), and three of the Ma and Pa Kettle films (which starred Marjorie Main and Percy Kilbride): Ma and Pa Kettle, Ma and Pa Kettle Go to Town, and Ma and Pa Kettle Back on the Farm.

Randall died July 20, 2018. She was 91.
