Leslie Pope was an American set decorator.

A graduate of Antioch College, she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology before beginning her career in the entertainment industry.

Pope was a go-to set decorator for Marvel, working on films such as Avengers: Endgame (2019), Avengers: Infinity War (2018), Ant-Man (2015), Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), The Amazing Spider-Man (2012), and Spider-Man 3 (2007).

She received an Academy Award nomination for her work on Seabiscuit (2003) and decorated dozens of other films including Django Unchained (2012), Lions for Lambs (2007), Catch Me If You Can (2002), The Family Man (2000), Donnie Brasco (1997), Carlito’s Way (1993), The Prince of Tides (1991), and Angel Heart (1987).

Pope was also the art director on the television series The Days and Nights of Molly Dodd.

Pope died May 6, 2020, in Venice, California. She was 65.
