Keo Woolford was a performer best known for his role as Detective James Chang on the reboot of CBS' Hawaii Five-0.
Woolford was also a writer, director and producer who created the 2013 independent film The Haumana, about the host of a struggling Waikiki luau show.
He also appeared on the television series Hawaii, and had roles in the films Godzilla, Act of Valor and Happy, Texas.
Additionally, the actor appeared on stage, notably as the King of Siam in more than 300 performances of The King and I, which eventually landed at the London Palladium.
Woolford died of complications from a stroke on November 28, 2016, in Aiea, Oahu, Hawaii. He was 49.
