Kathleen Crowley

Kathleen Crowley was an actress best known for her roles in low-budget 1950s horror movies such as Target Earth, Curse of the Undead and The Flame Barrier.

She also appeared frequently on television, including roles on the series The Lone Ranger, Walt Disney’s Wonderful World of Color, Wagon Train, Rawhide, Death Valley Days, Laramie, 77 Sunset Strip, Hawaiian Eye, Maverick, Route 66, My Three Sons, The Virginian, Perry Mason, Batman and Bonanza.

Three years after she graduated from high school, Crowley won the title of Miss New Jersey and was a finalist in the Miss America pageant. She studied acting at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City before getting her start in the early 1950s on anthology theater television shows such as Kraft Theatre, Armstrong Circle Theatre and General Electric Theatre.

Crowley died April 23, 2017, in Green Bank, New Jersey. She was 87.
