Helen Gallagher

Helen Gallagher was an actress best known for starring in over 2,100 episodes of Ryan's Hope, which earned her 3 Daytime Emmy Awards for her performance. She appeared in other series including Kraft Theatre, Another World, Law & Order, The Cosby Mysteries, All My Children and One Life to Live. Gallagher can be seen in television movies such as "Shangri-La" and "The American Woman: Portraits of Courage" and films including "Stranger When We Meet," "Roseland" and "Neptune's Rocking Horse." 

Gallagher was also a dancer and singer who performed on Broadway and made guest appearances on television specials and talk shows. She performed on The Colgate Comedy Hour, Max Liebman Spectaculars, The Ed Sullivan Show, Yves Montand on Broadway and The 26th Annual Tony Awards. Musicals she performed in, include Pal Joey, Hazel Flagg, Sweet Charity and No, No, Nanette.
