Gregory has been a practitioner and consultant in Human Resources for over 35 years. He created the role of Director of Human Resources for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in North Hollywood, California in 2002.

Gregory has been a practitioner and consultant in Human Resources for over 35 years. He created the role of Director of Human Resources for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in North Hollywood, California in 2002.

Gregory's HR experience includes both the public and private sector having worked for such organizations as the County of Los Angeles, California State University, Los Angeles, Hughes Helicopters, Perkin Elmer, Ioptex and Direct TV. His experience includes but is not limited to employee development, training, outplacement counseling, compensation, benefits, organizational development and recruitment. His career has included the HR side of company start ups, acquisition due diligence and company shut downs.

Gregory also worked as an adjunct professor at Keller Graduate School of Management teaching courses in Human Resource Strategic Development and Diversity.

He is a Life member of PIHRA (Professionals In Human Resource Management) having previously served on its Board for nearly 10 years and as President of the Association in 2001.

Gregory did his undergraduate work at Occidental College and Immaculate Heart College. He has an MBA from the University of La Verne. He received his SPHR Certification in 1994.
