Duke Struck was an American television director.
Struck grew up behind the scenes in television. His father worked as a stagehand (and later, stage manager and floor director) for the television variety program The Jimmy Dean Show, and directed public service commercials for the United States government.
A winner of 14 Emmy Awards, including four nominations and two wins for The Oprah Winfrey Show, Struck began directing The NFL Today show in 1974, one year before the arrival of hosts Brent Musburger, Phyllis George, and Irv Cross.

When Robert MacNeil and Jim Lehrer began The MacNeil/Lehrer Report in 1975, Struck signed on as the director of the PBS nightly news program.
He returned to direct The NFL Today in 1980 and stayed for over a decade, directing the pregame shows for Super Bowl XXIV and XXVI.
After The NFL Today, Struck directed more than 800 installments of the Winfrey show and several seasons of the CBS Morning News.
Struck died October 21, 2020, in Parkland, Florida. He was 82.
