Dana Baratta was an American writer and producer.

In 1998, Baratta worked on Dawson’s Creek, the first of many TV series for which she would write and produce. She wrote seven episodes for the WB series.

Baratta went on to produce 13 episodes of Providence, the Emmy-winning drama for NBC.

Her other credits include Private Practice, Marvel’s Jessica Jones, and most recently, Good Behavior.

Barrata wrote and co-produced the 1994 feature film, Andre.

Baratta died October 18, 2020, in Los Angeles, California. She was 59.
