Bridget Hedison

Bridget Hedison was a producer best known for her work as a production associate on the ABC primetime soap opera Dynasty, for 16 episodes in 1987. The series chronicled the wealthy Carrington family and starred John Forsythe, Linda Evans and Joan Collins.

Prior to her work on Dynasty, Hedison worked from 1985 to 1986 as an assistant to the producer on The Colbys, another primetime ABC serial, which revolved around relatives of the Carringtons. Both series were produced by Aaron Spelling.

Additionally, she served as an executive producer on the 1994 film The Last Tattoo; as a production consultant on the 1995 film Two Bits, starring Al Pacino; and as an executive in charge of production on the 1999 film After the Rain, starring Paul Bettany.

Hedison was married to actor David Hedison, star of the television series Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, and was the mother of Alexandra Hedison, the wife of Jodie Foster.

Later in her career, Hedison had a successful landscape design business.

She died February 22, 2016, in Beverly Hills, California. She was 71.
