Arthur Greenwald was an American television producer.
While still in high school in his native Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Greenwald met and became a protege of Fred Rogers of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood — at that time a local television personality in Pittsburgh — and, under Rogers' aegis, created informational booklets which helped prepare children for upcoming medical treatment.

After graduating from Yale University, Greenwald was hired by KDKA, the CBS-affiliate TV station in Pittsburgh, where he worked on promotional advertising. Greenwald later became the station’s promotions director, then moved on to an executive producer position.
Greenwald later directed and produced special events for television in the Boston area, then moved to Los Angeles.
A longtime Television Academy member, Greenwald participated in many Academy events, including 2003’s Tribute to Mister Rogers, for which he wrote the script, booked the talent, and acted as stage manager. Greenwald co-produced Another Opening, Another Show, the Academy’s 2007 all-star salute to television theme music, which featured clips from more than 120 different TV series, as well as live performances of classic TV themes.
Greenwald died April 30, 2021, in Los Angeles, California. He was 68.
