Receiving Your Tickets for the Creative Arts Emmys

We look forward to seeing you at the upcoming 75th Creative Arts Emmy Award ceremonies. In preparation for your arrival, please review the details below, as they are imperative for your admittance.

All Creative Arts Emmy tickets will be sent digitally to your mobile device via the AXS mobile ticket app on January 4. Your AXS account must be set up using the same email address you provided on your RSVP.

Note: Show and Gala tickets may not arrive in your AXS app at the same time. Please allow time for them both to show up in the app.

This email address is the one we have connected to your AXS account. If your AXS account is under a different email address than where you received these instructions, please email axshelp@televisionacademy.com.

No hard-copy tickets will be available.

AXS Mobile digital tickets are tickets you use with your cell phone. Like e-tickets or mobile tickets from an airline or movie theater, they make receiving your tickets easier. When you arrive at L.A. LIVE, simply show your tickets on your phone using the AXS app.

All Attendees and Nominees must be prepared to receive your digital Emmy tickets by doing the following:

1. Scan the QR code or go to the App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android.
2. Go to "search" and enter "AXS Tickets."
3. Select AXS Tickets app and install.
4. Your AXS app account must be set-up using the same email you provided on your Creative Arts Emmys RSVP (which is the email account this email was sent to).
5. If you already have the AXS app, please be sure the email provided on your RSVP is the same email you entered for your AXS account. If you need to change the email provided to the Academy, contact axshelp@televisionacademy.com.

Note:

• You will receive an email from AXS letting you know tickets have been delivered to your app account.
• Log on to the app (beginning January 4) and look for your tickets under "My Events," reached by clicking the ticket icon at the bottom right of the screen. You will see your ticket(s) and one QR code, which will be valid for the ticket(s) you requested. You will only receive ONE QR code.
• You will need to use your mobile device to present tickets upon arrival for yourself and your guest.
• Be prepared to show a photo ID at the same time you present the digital ticket.
• Emmy tickets cannot be transferred from one app account to another app account.
• A screenshot or paper copy of the ticket(s) will not be accepted.
