Important Information Regarding Emmy Season Mailings from Hollywood Reporter

For the third year, special "Primetime Emmy® Watch" issues of The Hollywood Reporter will be sent to our voting members at no cost. Hollywood Reporter email newsletters related to this year’s Primetime Emmys will also be sent.

Dear Television Academy Member, For the third year, as part of an agreement between the Television Academy and The Hollywood Reporter, the Reporter will be sending a series of special "Primetime Emmy® Watch" issues to our voting members at no cost. Hollywood Reporter email newsletters related to this year’s Primetime Emmys will also be sent. These communications will cover notable crafts, programming, performers and more. The first of 30 print editions is scheduled to arrive Monday, May 24, and the final installment on Monday, August 30. The first of 18 email newsletters is scheduled for Monday, May 24, and the last will be sent on Thursday, July 9. The Television Academy is committed to protecting our members’ privacy. Therefore, as in the past, all mailings, whether print or digital, will be administered by parties bound by a nondisclosure agreement, and no personal information will be compromised in the process. If you are already a subscriber to The Hollywood Reporter, you should receive only one copy of each "Primetime Emmy Watch" edition and email newsletter. However, if you receive any duplicates, please contact the Television Academy at (818) 754-2800 or via email at thremmywatch@emmys.org. Once again during the Primetime Emmy season, the Television Academy is hosting a website dedicated to “For Your Consideration” screeners. Produced in conjunction with The Hollywood Reporter, this website, www.PrimetimeEmmys.com, is secured, password protected and only accessible by the voting members of the Television Academy. PrimetimeEmmys.com is the ONLY website that protects your privacy and email address when viewing screeners. The 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony will take place on Sunday, August 29, and the 2010 Creative Arts Emmys Awards will take place on Saturday, August 21. Both will be held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles. One additional reminder: Primetime Emmy ballots will be posted at www.emmys.com on Friday, June 4, and must be returned to Ernst & Young no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 21.
