Andy Cohen

In a lively conversation, Cohen will talk with Darnell about the evolution of the reality genre and his experience of running Alternative Television for nearly 20 years at FOX and the last few years at Warner Bros.

Mike Darnell is known for everything from crazy specials of the '90s at FOX like Alien Autopsy, When Animals Attack, and Breaking the Magician's Code, through the iconic smash hits like Joe Millionaire, Temptation Island, The Simple Life, Family Guy (yes, Family Guy too), Hell's Kitchen, MasterChef, and of course the mega-ratings hit, American Idol.

Darnell, now President of Unscripted & Alternative Television at Warner Bros, runs three WB companies: Warner Horizon Unscripted Television, Telepictures Productions, and Shed Media, and oversees 35 series including The Bachelor franchise, The Voice and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Darnell continues to break barriers with his new hit series Little Big Shots starring Steve Harvey, as well as an unprecedented slate of new primetime series that includes the Ellen DeGeneres-hosted, Ellen's Game of Games for NBC, and a revival of Love Connection for FOX, hosted by the very same Andy Cohen.
