2010 Emmy® Award winner Kyra Sedgwick stars as “Deputy Chief Brenda Johnson” in the TNT drama The Closer, where she also serves as executive producer. Sedgwick made her first television appearance in 1982 on the soap opera Another World and has since appeared in critically acclaimed roles in film, television and theatre. Movie credits include Behind the Red Door, The Woodsman and Secondhand Lions. In June 2009, she was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Sedgwick is married to fellow actor Kevin Bacon.
