Bobby Cannavale currently co-stars as “Dr. Mike Cruz” on the Showtime comedy series Nurse Jackie. The New York-bred actor has a lengthy resume that includes theater, feature films and television. Television highlights include a 2005 Primetime Emmy Award for Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for the role of “Vince D’Angelo,” a police officer and long-term boyfriend of Eric McCormack’s “Will Truman.” He also played “Bobby Caffey” on the NBC drama Third Watch and had recurring roles in Ally McBeal, Six Feet Under, Cold Case and many others.
