Rick Ducommun
Rick Ducommun was a Canadian actor best known for his roles in a variety of comedy films throughout the 1980s and ‘90s, including The 'Burbs, in which he played Art Weingartner, the nosy neighbor to Tom Hanks’s character.
Ducommun also appeared in the films Groundhog Day, Little Monsters, Spaceballs, Die Hard, The Hunt for Red October, The Last Boy Scout, Last Action Hero, Like Mike and Scary Movie.
His television appearances included roles on Brothers, NYPD Blue, Murphy Brown, The Wayans Bros., Nash Bridges and The Last Precinct. The latter was a short-lived 1986 NBC comedy in which he had a featured role as Officer 'Raid' Raider, and starred Adam West as the Captain of a police precinct.
