Paul Bloch was an American publicist.

He was the chairman of the public relations firm Rogers & Cowan, where he started out working in the mailroom in 1961.

The firm’s co-founders Henry Rogers and Warren Cowan helped him get his start working for clients such as Kirk Douglas and Chuck Connors, and he later became president of the music department, where he represented such artists as The Beach Boys, The Bee Gees, Donna Summer, Rod Stewart, Diana Ross, The Carpenters, Kenny Rogers, Trini Lopez, Julio Iglesias, and Ricky Nelson.

In 1991, Bloch won the Les Mason Award from the Publicists Guild of America, the highest honor awarded by the organization.

Bloch died May 25, 2018, in Los Angeles, California. He was 78.
