Karalee Vint

Karalee Vint is Senior Director, Membership and Board Relations at the Television Academy. As such, she is the key Academy executive that oversees and coordinates all aspects of support to the Board of Governors and Executive Committee working directly with the chair and the president. In her position, Vint was honored as Women in Business as the Non-Profit Employee of the Year, an award that honors female employees of non profit organizations who have demonstrated exemplary skills and leadership.

Prior to the Academy Vint, a certified paralegal, was Corporate Secretary at Fidelity Federal Bank, a Fortune 500 bank and Citadel Holding Corporation. Subsequently, she was promoted to Senior Vice President and Director of Business Excellence where she developed, implemented and led the Total Quality Excellence program, a strategic bank-wide objective.
 
Vint is an enthusiast and proponent of, and an expert in business excellence programs. She says that effective management is management that delivers exemplary value to customers and an exceptional opportunity for service, creativity and growth. Due to her strong commitment to the concept of quality she is always asking, "Is this the best way to do the job?"
