John Pinette

 John Pinette was a comedian and actor known for such TV series as Parker Lewis Can't Lose and the finale of Seinfeld.

Pinette was a college student pursuing a degree in accounting when he began performing at open-microphone nights at clubs in his native Boston.

He made his television acting debut with a role in the NBC comedy Smart Guys. He went on to appear in several other programs, including ALF, and had regular roles on two Fox series, Vinnie & Bobby and Parker Lewis Can't Lose. On the final epsode of Seinfeld he played Howie, the victim of a carjacking.

Pinette's weight and love for food inspired much of his comedy. At one time he had reached a reported 450 pounds, but he had reduced to 250 in recent years.

Pinette died April 5, 2014, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was 50.
