Jack Coffey

Jack Coffey was a television director who spent many years with the daytime drama All My Children.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Coffey served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

In addition to All My Children, his directing credits included the daytime dramas Another World and Somerset.

He received 12 Daytime Emmy Award nominations and a Primetime Emmy nomination 1972 for Another World.

In later years, Coffey retired to St. Augustine, Florida, where he died on July 19, 2014. He was 87.
