Most recently she has been spearheading live action girls' content at Warner Media Discovery targeting the 6-11 audience for distribution across Cartoon Network and HBO Max.

Gloria Poncé is an industry veteran with over a decade of experience creating live action and animated content, primarily for kids, family, and YA audiences. Most recently she has been spearheading live action girls' content at Warner Media Discovery targeting the 6-11 audience for distribution across Cartoon Network and HBO Max.

Before joining Warner, Gloria managed original content at Netflix, including top-performing series like Selena, Hilda, Maya and The Three, and Control Z. Previously, she worked as a creative executive in the Nickelodeon Original Movies department and later transitioned to work for Latino-focused digital content studio mitú. Gloria started her career in the series department for Starz working on series like Spartacus, Magic City & Party Down.
