Cis Corman was an American casting director and producer.

Her film credits include Martin Scorsese's The King of Comedy, Raging Bull and The Last Temptation of Christ. She also worked on Michael Cimino's The Deer Hunter and Heaven's Gate, as well as the Barbra Streisand-directed films Yentl and The Prince of Tides.

Corman produced numerous television films, most notably 1995's Serving in Silence: The Margarethe Cammermeyer Story, for which she and Streisand shared an Emmy nomination.
